Privacy policy

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The protection of your privacy during the collection, processing and use of your personal data is an important concern for us, which we take into account in our business processes.

We would like to inform you that we do not collect any personal data from you when you visit our website, with the following exceptions:

Improvement of the offer through visit statistics

To improve our online offer, we occasionally evaluate how the site is used.

We create visitor statistics using the Matomo application. This application causes your browser to store two identification numbers (HTTP cookies) in order to distinguish between different users. In this context, your IP address is included in the evaluation, but immediately shortened in such a way that an assignment to you is no longer possible.

If you do not agree to your page views being included in the statistics, you have several options:

  • You can refuse cookies in the banner that is displayed when you first visit the site.
  • You can delete HTTP cookies in your browser.
  • In many modern browsers you can set to signal the site operators not to include you in such statistics (so-called “Do-not-track”). We adhere to this guideline.

Otherwise we collect, process and use personal data only as far as the GDPR, the FDPA (Federal Data Protection Act), the TMG (German Telemedia Act) or another legal regulation permits or orders this or you have consented.

If you have passed on personal data to us, it will only be used to contact or process the contractual relationship between you and us.

By submitting contact forms, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your data in electronic data processing systems.

You may revoke consent once granted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

You address your revocation to:

Kurth Electronic GmbH
Muehleweg 11
72800 Eningen u.A.
Fax: +49 (0) 7121-9755-56
E-mail: info(at)kurthelectronic.de

You can request information from us at any time about the personal data stored about you, about the purpose of storage and its origin.

In addition, you may also request the correction, blocking and deletion of your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Please send your request to:

We do not pass on any data to third parties unless this is necessary to process the contractual relationship. However, we may disclose or transfer personal data if this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger by the police authorities of the federal states, to fulfil the legal tasks of the Federal and State Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or to enforce intellectual property rights (§ 14 Paragraph 2 Telemedia Act).

We store documents, records, files, etc. containing your personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Due to the special structure of the Internet, it is possible that third parties violate provisions, in particular data protection law. This applies in particular in connection with the sending of e-mails. We use standard commercial mechanisms to prevent misuse by third parties within the scope of the technical aids given to us. However, despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data that you transmit to us by e-mail.

If you wish to prevent such misuse by third parties, do not send us any e-mails containing your personal data.

Our website contains links to other websites. We have no influence on the compliance of the operators with the provisions of data protection law or on the legality of these Internet pages. Therefore, we cannot assume any responsibility for the content of other Internet sites.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as necessary.

Professional regulations remain unaffected.
