KE3700 CT for DC and AC noise analysis with digital multimeter function, TDR function for cable troubleshooting and measurements up to 31 MHz. With filter for ADSL, VDSL and SHDSL.
KE3700 CT Telco Loop Qualifier is a line qualifier up to 31 MHz for interference analysis in the DC and AC range with Telcomultimeter function, TDR for cable troubleshooting and measurements for qualification up to 31 MHz. The device allows the qualification of a copper twisted pair on the service to be transmitted. Predefined or manually editable filters are available for xDSL or telephony services in the frequency range up to 31 MHz.
Manual and automatable test sequences in combination with the KE905 Remote electronic remote line switch are available to the user to simplify measurement tasks. Bluetooth, QR code and the supplied KE Manager software allow flexible use with regard to documentation of measurement results or data transmission to electronic order processing systems.
The various xDSL systems (Digital Subscriber Line Systems) available on the market have the task of meeting the requirements of fast data transmission for fast Internet access, remote LAN access, interactive media applications, etc. The system can also be used for the transmission of data to other electronic order processing systems. The "x" in the name xDSL indicates the different types of DSL technologies that use conventional copper lines for fast data transmission. The xDSL modems use higher frequencies and can therefore achieve a higher data transmission speed, although they are the same wire pairs used for analog telephony (POTS) and ISDN.
The main advantage of xDSL is the elimination of installation costs for new cables. The maximum allowed cable length and the maximum achievable data transmission speed depend on the characteristics of the cable. Before installing an xDSL modem, check that the properties and quality of the selected wire pair meet the requirements of the intended system.
